Misión del puesto:

Garantizar la disponibilidad, desempeño y evolución de la infraestructura IT/OT y Cloud de la compañía, definiendo y ejecutando la estrategia tecnológica que habilite la continuidad operativa, la resiliencia y el crecimiento del negocio, optimizando costos y asegurando la adopción de prácticas modernas (SRE, IaC, CI/CD, FinOps).

Rol y Responsabilidades:

Diseñar y mantener la estrategia global de infraestructura (onpremise, GCVE y nubes nativas) alineada al plan estratégico de Operación Digital.Liderar la modernización de servidores Windows / IIS y SQL Server, definiendo roadmap y metodologías de migración.Dirigir proyectos de redes IT/OT (anillos industriales, SDWAN, WiFi de alta confiabilidad, blindaje bancario), asegurando arquitectura, disponibilidad y seguridad.Implementar prácticas de SRE, observabilidad 24×7 y DRP, incluyendo monitoreo y logging en cloud.Impulsar infraestructura como código y automatización (Ansible/Terraform) y pipelines CI/CD para servidores, redes y seguridad.Gestionar la transición VMware Exit y evaluación de nuevos hipervisores / servicios nativos cloud.Administrar presupuesto y FinOps, optimizando OPEX/CAPEX y reportando KPIs de consumo.Desarrollar talento y coordinar proveedores, garantizando cumplimiento de SLAs y adopción de mejores prácticas.

Requisitos del puesto:

Formación Académica

  • Requerido: Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería Electrónica o carrera afín (mínimo 5 años de experiencia relevante).
  • Deseable: Maestría en Tecnologías de la Información (TI) o MBA (mínimo 2 años de experiencia adicional).

‍Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Mínimo (5+ años de experiencia):Administración de Windows Server. Gestión de redes LAN/WAN. Administración de VMware. Gestión de SQL Server.
  • Deseable (3+ años de experiencia):Conocimiento de Google Cloud. Principios de Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). Gestión de FinOps. Infraestructura como Código (IaC). Redes SD-WAN. Networking en Operaciones de Tecnología (OT).

Experiencias Críticas

  • Mínimo (3-5 años de experiencia):Gestión de equipos de infraestructura (10+ personas). Experiencia en migraciones de sistemas operativos (OS) y bases de datos (DB). Diseño e implementación de Planes de Recuperación ante Desastres (DRP).
  • Deseable (2+ años de experiencia):Desarrollo e implementación de estrategias multi-cloud. Experiencia en procesos de "VMware exit" (transición fuera de entornos VMware). Implementación y gestión de observabilidad 24x7 en entornos de planta industrial.‍

Certificaciones / Entrenamientos

  • Mínimo:ITIL v4 Foundation. Certificación Associate en al menos una plataforma cloud.
  • Deseable:Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect (PCA). VMware Certified Professional (VCP). Terraform Associate. Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP). FinOps Practitioner.

Herramientas / Software / Equipo

  • Nivel Intermedio:Ansible. Git. Jira. SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
  • Nivel Avanzado:Terraform. Plataformas de monitoreo (Prometheus/Grafana/GCP Operations). FortiManager. Claroty. Sistemas de Gestión de Configuración de Bases de Datos (CMDB).

Sueldo: $110,000 a $130,000 MXN brutos mensuales Negociable
