Un perfil de soporte para aplicaciones .NET y SQL Server requiere un equilibrio entre conocimientos técnicos sólidos y habilidades blandas. La capacidad para diagnosticar problemas complejos, comunicarse efectivamente y brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional son claves para el éxito en este rol

Funciones:

  • Diagnostico y Resolucion de Incidencias
  • Habilidad para analizar aplicaciones y bases de datos
  • Conocimiento de las mejoras practicas para la resolucion de problemas
  • Comprensión básica de los conceptos de redes (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)
  • Familiaridad con los servicios IIS
  • Capacidad para abordar problemas complejos de manera metódica
  • Habilidad para documentar problemas y soluciones de manera clara y concisa
  • Empatía y habilidad para comprender las necesidades de los usuarios
  • Custodiar los blueprints de arquitectura cloud
  • Disposición para compartir conocimientos y ayudar a los demás

Requerimientos del puesto:

1. Área de Estudio Profesional 2 años Título en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Computación o afín.

2. Conocimientos: Servicio y Atencion a usuarios 2 años

3. Experiencias críticas: Proponer soluciones de Raiz e Identificar en codigos Bugs 2 años

4. Certificaciones /entrenamientos (nivel de dominio)

5. Herramientas / Software / Equipo: SQL Server, .Net, React, Kayak, Python 2 años

6. Idiomas Nivel avanzado
