Resumen del Puesto: Buscamos un profesional experimentado para liderar y coordinar al equipo de desarrollo encargado de una plataforma tecnológica innovadora. El candidato ideal tendrá un sólido dominio técnico, capacidad para gestionar equipos en entornos complejos y enfoque en la entrega de soluciones escalables y seguras que cumplan con los objetivos estratégicos del proyecto.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Definir y establecer la arquitectura técnica de la plataforma, garantizando su escalabilidad y seguridad.
  • Coordinar y guiar al equipo técnico durante todas las etapas del desarrollo e implementación.
  • Resolver problemas técnicos complejos y asegurar la calidad del código entregado.
  • Garantizar que las soluciones técnicas estén alineadas con los objetivos y necesidades del proyecto.
  • Comunicar conceptos técnicos a equipos multidisciplinarios y stakeholders de manera clara y efectiva.

Requisitos Técnicos y Profesionales:

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años como desarrollador senior o arquitecto de software.
  • Dominio en tecnologías como .NET Core, React, TypeScript y SQL Server.
  • Experiencia previa liderando equipos técnicos en proyectos complejos.
  • Conocimiento en prácticas de integración y despliegue continuo (CI/CD) (deseable).
  • Capacidad demostrada para definir arquitecturas técnicas robustas y escalables.
  • Recomendable contar con titulación universitaria finalizada en áreas relacionadas.

Condiciones:

  • Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial.
  • Remuneración: $50,000 EUR anuales, con prestaciones de ley.

  • Liderazgo técnico y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Resolución de problemas y capacidad analítica.
