Resumen del Puesto:

Wolf Recruiter está en búsqueda de un Nominista Jr. responsable de la gestión y administración de la nómina, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normativas laborales y fiscales peruanas.

El candidato ideal tendrá de 2 a 4 años de experiencia en el manejo del portal SUNAT y un sólido conocimiento de las leyes de nóminas peruanas.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Procesar y gestionar la nómina de los empleados de acuerdo con la legislación laboral vigente.
  • Manejar el portal SUNAT para la declaración y pago de impuestos y contribuciones laborales.
  • Preparar y presentar informes relacionados con la nómina a las autoridades fiscales y laborales.
  • Asegurar el correcto cálculo de remuneraciones, bonificaciones, beneficios y deducciones.
  • Administrar registros y archivos de empleados, garantizando la precisión y confidencialidad de la información.
  • Asesorar a los empleados sobre temas relacionados con la nómina y resolver cualquier consulta o incidencia.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de Recursos Humanos para mantener actualizados los datos de los empleados y apoyar en procesos administrativos relacionados.

Requisitos:

  • De 2 a 4 años de experiencia previa en un rol similar, preferiblemente como Nominista o en áreas de administración de personal.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en la gestión del portal SUNAT.
  • Familiaridad con las leyes de nóminas peruanas y regulaciones laborales.
  • Excelentes habilidades en Excel y software de gestión de nómina.
  • Alta atención al detalle y habilidades analíticas.
  • Capacidad para manejar información confidencial con discreción.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
