Objetivo del puesto:

Planear, coordinar y supervisar la ejecución de proyectos de transformación digital, TI y ciberseguridad, asegurando que se cumplan en tiempo, forma y calidad, alineados con los objetivos estratégicos de la organización y las necesidades de los clientes.

Misión:

Liderar proyectos estratégicos de alto impacto, gestionando recursos, tiempos y riesgos de manera efectiva, garantizando la satisfacción del cliente interno/externo y el cumplimiento de estándares internacionales como ISO/IEC 27001.

Áreas de impacto y proyectos principales:

  • Gestión integral de proyectos de TI, ciberseguridad y nube.
  • Implementación de soluciones de transformación digital.
  • Administración de cronogramas, presupuestos, riesgos y recursos.
  • Coordinación con stakeholders internos y externos.
  • Asegurar la documentación, la comunicación y reportes de avances de proyectos.

ISO 27001 / CGSI:

  • Cumplir y hacer cumplir los lineamientos del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad de la Información.
  • Reportar incidentes y riesgos relacionados con la información en proyectos.
  • Participar en auditorías y revisiones de cumplimiento normativo.
  • Proteger la confidencialidad, integridad y disponibilidad de la información en todas las fases del proyecto.

Responsabilidades clave en macrocompetencias:

  • Liderazgo: Guiar equipos multidisciplinarios, asegurando coordinación y compromiso.
  • Gestión de proyectos: planificar, ejecutar y monitorear proyectos con metodologías ágiles y tradicionales.
  • Gestión de riesgos: Identificar, evaluar y mitigar riesgos técnicos, financieros y de seguridad.
  • Orientación a resultados: cumplir con objetivos de tiempo, costo, calidad y seguridad.
  • Comunicación eficaz: asegurar flujo claro y oportuno de información con clientes y equipos.
  • Cumplimiento regulatorio: Incorporar estándares de calidad y seguridad en cada proyecto.

Requisitos del perfil:

  • Formación académica: Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniero Industrial, Ciberseguridad, Administración de Proyectos o afines.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 7 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos, experiencia en implementaciones en la nube, transformación digital y proyectos de ciberseguridad/TI.

Conocimientos y herramientas:

  • Metodologías: Project Management, Change Management, metodologías ágiles y tradicionales.
  • Herramientas: OKTA, herramientas de gestión de proyectos, herramientas de ciberseguridad, IAM, CIAM, Microsoft Entra ID, Ping, Cloudflare
  • Idiomas: inglés intermedio-avanzado (indispensable).
  • Otros conocimientos: Gestión del cambio, liderazgo de equipos, negociación.

  • Liderazgo y motivación de equipos.
  • Planificación y organización.
  • Comunicación clara y asertiva.
  • Comunicación estratégica, Management, C-level.

Zona de trabajo: Santa Fe (a un lado de plaza Samara), lunes a viernes tiempo completo, esquema híbrido.

Rango salarial: Entre 55 y 60k netos mensuales 100% nómina + PL + SGMM + Apoyo psicológico.
