  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische/technische Ausbildung sowie relevanter Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf oder mit fachspezifischer Weiterbildung
  • Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse im Markt- und Wettbewerbsgeschehen mit
  • Sie besitzen Erfahrung im Projektgeschäft
  • Sie verfügen über SAP/ERP Erfahrungen und gute Kenntnisse mit allen MS Office Programmen
  • Ihre Arbeitsweise ist ergebnisorientiert und strukturiert
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit bei Verhandlungen aus
  • Sie haben eine analytische Vorgehensweise, hohe Belastbarkeit, soziale Kompetenz und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnis: Englisch und Deutsch verhandlungssicher

  • Erarbeitung und Implementierung innovativer Beschaffungsstrategien, Beschaffungsmarktforschung
  • Korrespondenz und Abschluss von rechtssicheren Verträgen mit Lieferanten, Preisverhandlungen auf Budgetbasis
  • Lieferantenbewertung, Recherche, Ausschreibungen und Auswertungen von Neuvergaben
  • Umsetzung von Einkaufsstrategien für unsere Warengruppen
  • Analyse und Berechnung der Beschaffungskosten, Vorschläge von Methoden zur Senkung der Ausgaben
  • Sicherstellung der projektbezogenen Zeit-, Qualität- und Kostenvorgaben
  • SAP R/3-Stammdatenpflege
  • Vertretung der Disponenten operativer Einkauf
