Dein Profil:

  • Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Technik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise im technischen Umfeld
  • Know-how: Erfahrung im internationalen Lieferantenmanagement und in der Erschließung neuer Beschaffungsmärkte
  • Verhandlungssicherheit: Ausgeprägte Erfahrung in Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Analytik: Starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in Kosten- und Marktanalysen
  • Systemkenntnisse: Gute Kenntnisse in SAP (z. B. R/3) und MS Office
  • Sprachen: Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
  • Arbeitsweise: Selbstständig, strukturiert und unternehmerisch denkend
  • Kommunikation: Sicher im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, auch im internationalen Umfeld
  • Reisebereitschaft: Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen zur Lieferantenbewertung und -entwicklung

Deine Aufgabe:

  • Strategie: Entwicklung und Umsetzung globaler Beschaffungsstrategien für definierte Warengruppen
  • Markterschließung: Identifikation, Analyse und Aufbau neuer internationaler Beschaffungsmärkte und Lieferanten
  • Lieferantenmanagement: Auswahl, Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung von Lieferanten – inklusive Vor-Ort-Audits
  • Verhandlungen: Eigenständige Führung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Abschluss von Rahmenverträgen
  • Kostenmanagement: Verantwortung für Materialkostenentwicklung, Durchführung von Warenkorbanalysen und Steuerung von Einsparmaßnahmen
  • Make-or-Buy: Durchführung strategischer Make-or-Buy-Analysen zur Optimierung der Wertschöpfungskette
  • Risikomanagement: Bewertung und Minimierung von Risiken innerhalb der Lieferkette
  • Prozessoptimierung: Weiterentwicklung und Effizienzsteigerung von Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsprozessen
  • Schnittstellenarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Technik, Produktion, Logistik und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Controlling & Reporting: Analyse von Kennzahlen, Erstellung von Berichten und Ableitung von Maßnahmen für die Einkaufsleitung
