Dein Profil:

  • Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Mechatroniker, Elektriker, Industrieelektroniker, Instandhaltungsmechaniker oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung oder als Anlagenmonteur in einem Produktionsbetrieb
  • Fachkenntnisse: Grundkenntnisse in SPS-Steuerungen, Hydraulik und Pneumatik von Vorteil
  • Berechtigungen: Erfahrung im Umgang mit Flurförderfahrzeugen, Krananlagen und Hubarbeitsbühnen wünschenswert
  • IT-Kenntnisse: Grundkenntnisse in MS Office
  • Zertifikate: Qualifikationen wie VDE-Prüfungen (0100; 0701/0702), UVV-Prüfungen oder Arbeiten unter Spannung von Vorteil
  • Arbeitsweise: Selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst und lösungsorientiert
  • Persönlichkeit: Teamfähig, kommunikationsstark und entscheidungsfreudig
  • Handwerk: Ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

Deine Aufgabe:

  • Instandhaltung: Durchführung von Wartungs-, Inspektions-, Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an Maschinen, Anlagen und Gebäuden
  • Anlagenoptimierung: Umrüstung, Modernisierung und Erweiterung von Maschinen sowie Austausch technischer Baugruppen
  • Störungsbehebung: Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern, insbesondere in elektrischen Steuerungen
  • Prävention: Vorausschauende Identifikation von Schwachstellen und Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Dokumentation: Pflege und Aktualisierung technischer Unterlagen (z. B. Schaltpläne, Wartungssoftware)
  • Sicherheit: Sicherstellung der Betriebssicherheit sowie Einhaltung aller relevanten Vorschriften und Standards
  • Prüfungen: Durchführung von VDE- und UVV-Prüfungen inklusive Dokumentation
  • Koordination: Einweisung und Unterstützung von Fremdfirmen bei Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten
  • Materialmanagement: Ermittlung von Ersatzteil- und Materialbedarf
  • Allgemeine Tätigkeiten: Durchführung von infrastrukturellen und handwerklichen Arbeiten (z. B. kleinere Reparaturen, Pflege des Betriebsgeländes)
