  • Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im handwerklichen Bereich, z. B. Industriemechaniker, Metallbauer, Instandhaltungsmechaniker oder Hausmeister/Haustechniker oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung: Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung, im Gebäudemanagement oder als Hausmeister im Industrie- oder Produktionsumfeld
  • Fachkenntnisse: Grundkenntnisse in Hydraulik und Pneumatik von Vorteil
  • Berechtigungen: Erfahrung im Umgang mit Flurförderfahrzeugen, Krananlagen und Hubarbeitsbühnen wünschenswert
  • IT-Kenntnisse: Grundkenntnisse in MS Office
  • Arbeitsweise: Selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst und lösungsorientiert
  • Persönlichkeit: Teamfähig, kommunikationsstark und entscheidungsfreudig
  • Handwerk: Ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Instandhaltung Produktion: Durchführung von Wartungs-, Inspektions-, Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an Maschinen und Produktionsanlagen
  • Gebäudemanagement (Hausmeistertätigkeiten): Instandhaltung, Reparatur und Pflege von Gebäuden, Büros und Sozialräumen
  • Geländepflege: Betreuung und Instandhaltung des gesamten Betriebsgeländes inkl. Außenanlagen, Wege, Tore und Zäune
  • Störungsbehebung: Analyse und Behebung technischer und praktischer Probleme im gesamten Betrieb
  • Prävention: Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Verschleiß, Schäden und Schwachstellen an Gebäuden, Anlagen und Außenbereichen
  • Koordination: Einweisung und Unterstützung von Fremdfirmen bei Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten
  • Sicherheit: Sicherstellung der Betriebs- und Gebäudesicherheit sowie Einhaltung aller relevanten Vorschriften und Standards
  • Prüfungen: Durchführung von Sicherheits- und Sichtprüfungen an Maschinen, Gebäuden und Betriebseinrichtungen inklusive Dokumentation
  • Materialmanagement: Ermittlung von Ersatzteil-, Material- und Instandhaltungsbedarf
  • Allgemeine Tätigkeiten: Durchführung von handwerklichen Arbeiten aller Art (z. B. kleinere Reparaturen, Montagearbeiten, Pflege des Betriebsgeländes)
