Als Softwareentwickler für SPS entwickeln und programmieren Sie Kransteuerungen für neue und bestehende Kranmodelle.Des Weiteren stellen Sie sicher, dass die Normen und Maschinenrichtlinien eingehalten werden. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktsoftwareprogrammierern entwickeln Sie Visualisierungen und Telemetriekonzepte. Auch die Programmierung und Parametrisierung von frequenzgeregelten Antrieben und Analogen und digitalen Sensoren gehört zu Ihren Aufgaben.

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik / Automatisierungstechnik o.Ä.
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich speicherprogrammierbaren Steuerungen (Siemens) und frequenzgeregelten Antriebe.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Siemens TIA Portal
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Semantic Step 7, C, C++ und Codesys
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der digitaler und analoger Schaltungs- und Sensortechnik
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und Office
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Programmierung webbasierter HMI
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsvermögen und Teamplayer-Eigenschaften
  • Gute englische und deutsche Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Analyse der Anforderungen, Erstellung des Konzeptes und Pflichtenhefts (je nach Bedarf)
  • Entwicklung und Programmierung von auf speicherprogrammierbaren Steuerungen basierte Maschinensteuerungen.
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs der Maschinen
  • Konzeptionierung der weltweiten Datenaustauschkommunikation.
  • Programmierung der sicherheitsrelevanten Funktionen unter Einhaltung der Entsprechenden Maschinenrichtlinien.

  • Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmen im Werk und Prototyptests auf dem Testgelände
