Job Description

Wood está en búsqueda de un(a) Administrador(a) de Contratos con a lo menos 5 años de experiencia en Proyectos de Mineria y Metales. La posición se centra en nuestras oficinas situadas en Santiago Chile.

El rol

Desarrolla proyectos de ingeniería y construcción incluyendo la etapa diseño, construcción, comisionamiento y puesta en marcha. Con enfoque en proyectos EPC y EPCM. Coordina con otras disciplinas para detectar desviaciones. Reporta avances y mantiene actualizados los indicadores. Cumple con los estándares de calidad y seguridad del proyecto.

Responsibilities

  • Preparación y desarrollo de paquetes de licitación
  • Liderar procesos de licitación/evaluación.
  • Administrar los distintos contratos de un proyecto.
  • Procesar modificaciones de contratos.
  • Revisión de presupuestos y gestión de cambio.
  • Reportabilidad.
  • Gestión contractual: seguimiento y control del cumplimiento de las obligaciones contractuales por parte de los contratistas.
  • Gestión administrativa: revisión y manejo de propuestas comerciales, facturas, estados de pago, boletas de garantía, etc.
  • Control y gestión de comunicaciones formales con contratistas.
  • Preparar informes periódicos de tendencias de costo (forecast) de contratos.
  • Análisis, definición y propuesta de tipos de contratos y formas de pago a aplicar.
  • Elaboración de indicadores de gestión (KPI) y determinación de multas.
  • Alertas y anticipación ante posibles claims u otros problemas.
  • Revisar el correcto ingreso/contabilización de contratos en SAP.

Qualifications

  • Ingeniero(a) Civil o disciplina afín
  • Experiencia de al menos 8 años administrando contratos en proyectos de ingeniería
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en Santiago
  • Experiencia en contratos EPC, EPCM
  • Experiencia en contratos a precios unitarios y suma alzada
  • Poseer conocimiento y dominio absoluto de las bases técnicas y administrativas de un contrato, demostrando habilidad para revisión y cuestionamiento de Órdenes de Cambio levantadas por los contratistas, claridad de los argumentos utilizados para garantizar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones técnicas, etc.
