Deine bunte Aufgabenpalette

Datenmodellierung & DAX-Optimierung: Erstellung und Pflege leistungsfähiger Datenmodelle basierend auf den Anforderungen unserer Kunden. Sowie die Entwicklung effizienter DAX-Formeln und -Berechnungen, um optimale Performance und Analysen zu gewährleisten.

Datenqualität & Performance: Konzeption und Implementierung modularer Datenmodelle, die eine hohe Datenqualität und -integrität sicherstellen und die Optimierung von Ladezeiten und Performance in Power BI Dashboards und Reports.

Datenpipelines & Integration: Design, Entwicklung und Optimierung von leistungsfähigen Datenpipelines, die eine effiziente, skalierbare und sichere Verarbeitung von Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen ermöglichen. Sowie die Integration unterschiedlicher Datenquellen und -formate (relational, JSON, XML) für nahtlose Analysen.

DevOps wird durchgehend gelebt: Du entwickelst in einem DevOps Team eigenverantwortlich Datenquellen und Datenpipelines, um eine effektive Datenbereitstellung für Use Cases und deren Nutzung zu gewährleisten.

Kommunikation ist das Maß aller Dinge: Du bist stets im intensiven Austausch mit deinen Kunden, um ein professionelles Erwartungsmanagement und deren Zufriedenheit sicherzustellen; deinem Projektteam, um den Projekterfolg zu gewährleisten und natürlich; dem Woodmark Team, um den Wissensaustausch und die gegenseitige Unterstützung zu stärken.

Das hast du auf Lager

Projekterfahrung: Du hast mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Datenmodellen, Datenpipelines und analytischen Lösungen.

Expertise ist selbstverständlich: Du fühlst dich zuhause in der Microsoft Power Plattform, insbesondere mit: Power BI (inkl. DAX & Power Query), Power Automate & Power Apps. Du hast Erfahrung in der Umsetzung analytischer Datenmodelle (z. B. Data Vault 2.0) mit SQL, dbt Core oder Python; sowie der Verwendung von Datenschutz- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien sowie der Einhaltung von Best Practices in diesem Bereich. Du hast Know-how in der Arbeit mit verschiedenen Datenstrukturen und Speicherformen (3NF, Data Vault, Star Schema).

Stakeholderorientiertes Denken bringt uns weiter: Du bist darin erfahren mit Stakeholdern auf verschiedenen Ebenen zusammen zu arbeiten.
