The posting

Als wijkbeheerder ben je een vertrouwd gezicht in de wijk. Je spreekt bewoners, loopt door de buurt en weet wat er speelt. Je ziet wanneer iets aandacht nodig heeft en komt in actie als dat nodig is. Van een melding over overlast tot contact met een aannemer of een overleg met partners: jij zorgt dat zaken worden opgepakt. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Samen met collega's, bewoners en partners werk je aan een wijk die schoon, heel en veilig is.

Wat ga je doen?

Je krijgt je eigen ‘stukje Schiedam’ en bent daar het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, aannemers en collega's. Je bent veel in de wijk en houdt goed in de gaten wat er speelt.

Daarbij:

  • handel je vanuit onze drie plussen: met elkaar, duidelijk en met aandacht
  • houd je toezicht in de wijk en zorgt dat deze schoon, heel en veilig blijft;
  • pak je zelfstandig meldingen over overlast en leefbaarheid op;
  • zoek je samen met bewoners naar oplossingen en schakelt partners in als dat nodig is;
  • ondersteun je bewonersinitiatieven;
  • bouw je een netwerk op met partners in de wijk;
  • overleg je met onze schoonmaakpartners over de uitvoering en kwaliteit;
  • vertegenwoordig je Woonplus bij wijkoverleggen;
  • denk je mee over complexbeheerplannen en zorg je dat deze in de praktijk worden uitgevoerd.

Wat vragen we van jou?

Je bent sociaal, zelfstandig en staat stevig in je schoenen. Ook als een gesprek lastig wordt, blijf je rustig en respectvol. Je kunt goed luisteren, voelt situaties aan en weet wanneer je moet doorpakken.

Je vindt het belangrijk dat bewoners zich gehoord voelen. Tegelijkertijd durf je duidelijke grenzen te stellen als dat nodig is. Je werkt graag samen met collega's en partners en vindt het leuk om een zichtbaar onderdeel van de wijk te zijn. Een overleg in de avond, bijvoorbeeld met andere partijen in de wijk, past voor jou bij het werk.

Dit breng je mee

  • mbo-opleiding in een relevante richting;
  • kennis van en ervaring met sociale dienstverlening en buurtbeheer;
  • ervaring in het omgaan met complexe of lastige situaties;
  • basiskennis van techniek;
  • zelfstandigheid waarbij je goed weet wanneer je de samenwerking opzoekt.

Dit krijg je van ons

  • Een jaarcontract voor 36 uur per week, met uitzicht op een vast contract.
  • Een salaris volgens de cao Woondiensten, functieschaal E (€ 3.156 - € 3.855), afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.
  • Veel ruimte om te leren en te groeien, met een jaarlijks opleidingsbudget.
  • Hybride werken volgens onze eigen regeling, inclusief een ergonomische thuiswerkplek.
  • Aantrekkelijke extra's, zoals een laptop, telefoon en sportvergoeding van € 240,- per jaar.
  • Een eindejaarsuitkering van 4%.
