De woonzorglocaties in Lelystad tiptop in orde en schoon houden: laat dat maar aan jou over. Als facilitair medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat alles rondom het ‘huishouden’ goed geregeld en netjes is. Je doet allerlei praktische zaken, zoals schoonmaken, spullen brengen en kleine klussen.

Tijdens jouw werkdag haal je afval op en brengt het weg. Je verdeelt spullen, zoals stoelen, hulpmiddelen en geleverde goederen, over de juiste afdelingen. Soms help je bij kleine verhuizingen, binnen en buiten de locaties van Woonzorg Flevoland. Netheid vind jij belangrijk. Door jou ziet de omgeving er altijd netjes uit. Door bij voorbeeld afval, onkruid en bladeren te verwijderen bij de ingang en op de terrassen. Ook houd jij de gangen en ruimtes schoon met de schrobmachine, maar het kan ook voorkomen dat je fysiek zwaarder werk moet verrichten zoals tillen.

Een praatje maken of een bewoner helpen met hun televisie: daar sta je altijd voor klaar. Samen met jouw collega’s zorg jij ervoor dat de zorgmedewerkers zich volledig op hun zorgtaken kunnen richten.

  • Een salaris conform de cao VVT FWG 15; tussen de € 2.433,67 en € 2.896,76 per maand op basis van 36 uur per week;
  • Een contract voor 7 maanden, met de mogelijkheid voor verlenging of contract voor onbepaalde tijd;
  • Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals: 8% vakantiegeld, eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% en een reiskostenruilregeling;
  • Ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen. We kijken samen naar leer- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden;
  • Mogelijkheid om mee te doen aan sportactiviteiten, zoals bootcamp en yoga!

Dit ben jij:

  • Je houdt van aanpakken;
  • Beschikbaar voor 24 uur per week, waarbij in een later stadium uitbreiding naar 30 uur per week mogelijk is
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk en kan zelfstandig werken;
  • Je bent flexibel en bereidt om op meerdere locaties je werk te doen;
  • Je bent in bezit van een rijbewijs.
  • Bij voorkeur ben je woonachtig in Lelystad of in de directe omgeving;
