Jij en jouw werk:

Als Helpende (plus) werk je samen met je collega’s in een klein team met en voor onze bewoners

op locatie de Hanzeborg. Je bent samen met het team verantwoordelijk voor een optimale zorg van onze bewoners. In deze rol verleen je de basiszorg (ADL), begeleidt en stimuleer je de bewoners bij de dagelijkse zorg en activiteiten. Onze visie rondom belevingsgericht werken geeft onze werknemers duidelijke handvatten en doelen. Bij ons staan de bewoners centraal en kom je te werken in een leuk team van collega’s op een mooie locatie waarin altijd reuring is.

Jij zorgt voor de cliënt. Wij zorgen voor jou met:

  • Een salaris volgens de cao VVT FWG 25; tussen de € 2.599,21 en € 3.233,35 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week;
  • Voor Helpende plus FWG 30; tussen de €2.663,54 en € 3.410,16 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week;
  • Een contract voor 7 maanden, met de mogelijkheid voor verlenging of vast contract;
  • Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals: 8% vakantiegeld, eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% en een reiskostenruilregeling;
  • Ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen. We kijken samen naar leer- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden;
  • Mogelijkheid om mee te doen aan sportactiviteiten, zoals bootcamp en yoga. Maar ook workshops over bijvoorbeeld verminderen van stress of over de overgang.

Dit ben jij: Jij bent betrokken, iemand die makkelijk tussen verschillende taken wisselt en goed aanvoelt wat iemand nodig heeft. En verder:

  • Beschik je over een diploma Helpende niveau 2? Dan nodigen we je van harte uit om te reageren. Heb je daarnaast ook de plusmodule (medicatie, module 302) afgerond, dan is dat een mooie pré!
  • Ben je beschikbaar voor 16 tot 24 uur per week;
  • Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands.
