Bij Woonzorg Flevoland maken we leren in de praktijk concreet: samen leren op de afdeling, elke dag opnieuw, met en van elkaar. Jij zorgt dat leren en ontwikkelen een vanzelfsprekend onderdeel wordt van de praktijk, met ruimte voor reflectie, vakmanschap en kwaliteit van zorg. Als Coach Leren & Ontwikkelen verbind je collega’s, teams en onderwijs en geef je de leercultuur op de werkvloer een stevige boost.

Je werkt in een betrokken en veelzijdig team Leren & Ontwikkelen, dat volop in beweging is. Je wordt aangestuurd door de Manager Leren & Ontwikkelen. Het team bestaat uit meerdere Coaches Leren & Ontwikkelen, een Vaardigheidstrainer en een Opleidingscoördinator.

Dit ga je doen: • Je coacht werkbegeleiders in hun rol en versterkt hun begeleidingsvaardigheden; • Je helpt teams om leren te integreren in het dagelijks werk (werkplekleren); • Je organiseert leeractiviteiten, intervisies en praktijkgerichte bijeenkomsten,

• Je zet graag creatieve (digitale) werkvormen en leermethoden in; • Je bent betrokken bij de instroom van professionals in opleiding: van sollicitatie tot een goede start en begeleiding (in afstemming met het onderwijs);

• Je maakt leerervaringen zichtbaar, deelt successen en versterkt een positieve leercultuur en belevingsgericht werken; • Je haalt signalen op uit de praktijk en vertaalt die naar verbeterideeën;

Wij zorgen voor jou met: • Salaris volgens cao VVT (FWG 50): € 3.772 tot € 4.822 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur; • 8% vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%; • Extra’s zoals een reiskostenruilregeling; • Ruimte om te groeien met (doorlopende) leer- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden; • Vitaliteitsaanbod: sportactiviteiten (zoals bootcamp en yoga) en workshops, bijvoorbeeld over stressvermindering en de overgang.

Dit ben jij:

• Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in de ouderenzorg, of ervaring als verpleegkundige op hbo niveau en kennis van didactische principes, leerprocessen en begeleidingsmethodieken; • Je hebt ervaring met leren en ontwikkelen in de (zorg) praktijk;

• Je kunt een relevante coachopleiding aantonen (bijv. coaching/gespreksvoering);

• Je overziet de samenhang tussen opleiden, ontwikkelen en kwaliteit van zorg en vertaalt dit naar concrete acties; • Je kent opleidingsstructuren, een LMS, kwalificatiedossiers en relevante wet- en regelgeving binnen zorg en onderwijs; • Je bent beschikbaar voor 28 uur per week (in ieder geval op donderdag en vrijdag); • Je bent inzetbaar in Almere en Lelystad, met de nadruk op Almere, en beschikt over eigen vervoer (auto).
