Je kan in de wijkzorg werken maar ook in een verpleeghuis. Je gaat onderdeel uitmaken van een betrokken flexteam in opbouw.

Dit ga je doen

Je werkt op verschillende plekken binnen onze ouderenzorg in Lelystad:

  • Wijkverpleging: ouderen ondersteunen in hun eigen omgeving.
  • Woonzorglocaties: persoonlijke zorg en aandacht bieden aan bewoners.

Afhankelijk van jouw diploma en ervaring bied je verzorging, voer je verpleegkundige handelingen uit en draag je bij aan het welzijn en de zelfredzaamheid van cliënten.

  • Ben je flexibel inzetbaar en sta je open voor verschillende werkplekken.
