Jij en jouw werk

Je biedt persoonlijke verzorging en ondersteuning bij dagelijkse activiteiten, zoals wassen, aan- en uitkleden en het helpen bij maaltijden. Ook zorg je ervoor dat cliënten hun medicatie op het juiste moment innemen.

Je werkt nauw samen met de verzorgenden in jouw team. Kun je ondersteunen bij verpleegtechnische handelingen? Dan is dat mooi meegenomen. Je helpt elkaar, leert van je collega’s en krijgt de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Je werkt volgens het (digitale) zorgplan en houdt hierin de veranderingen en voortgang van cliënten bij.

Je komt terecht in een betrokken team

Bij de wijkverpleging van Woonzorg Flevoland in Almere werken zo’n 55 collega’s. Onze wijkteams zijn zelfondernemend: samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor de planning, organisatie en verdeling van het werk.

Je werkt in een enthousiast team waarin professionaliteit, collegialiteit en humor hand in hand gaan. We vinden het belangrijk dat je met plezier naar je werk gaat en dat je weet dat je op je collega’s kunt rekenen. We starten de diensten gezamenlijk op, overleggen gedurende de dienst en springen voor elkaar bij wanneer dat nodig is. We denken met elkaar mee, leren van elkaar en zorgen ervoor dat iedereen zich gehoord en gesteund voelt.

Dit ben jij: Jij bent betrokken, iemand die makkelijk tussen verschillende taken wisselt en goed aanvoelt wat iemand nodig heeft. En verder:

  • Beschik je over een diploma Helpende niveau 2 en ben je bevoegd om medicatie uit te delen (module 302 afgerond);
  • Ben je beschikbaar voor 4 tot 28 uur per week;
  • Wil je flexibel je diensten kunnen kiezen? Dan is dat zeker mogelijk!
  • Heb je bij voorkeur een rijbewijs;
  • Houd je van humor; want lachen is gezond!

Jij zorgt voor de cliënt. Wij zorgen voor jou met:

  • Een salaris volgens de cao VVT FWG 30; tussen de € 2.663 en € 3.410 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week;
  • Een contract voor 7 maanden, met de mogelijkheid voor verlenging of vast contract;
  • Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals: 8% vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%;
  • Tijdens je route rijd je met een van onze dienstauto’s;
  • Een basisroute met eigen cliënten, met een logische routeplanning;
  • Ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen. We kijken samen naar leer- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden;
  • Mogelijkheid om mee te doen aan sportactiviteiten, zoals bootcamp en yoga. Maar ook workshops over bijvoorbeeld verminderen van stress of over de overgang.
