Jij geeft vorm aan de digitale zorg van morgen

Goede zorg begint met een sterke digitale basis. Bij Woonzorg Flevoland zorgen we ervoor dat medewerkers kunnen vertrouwen op veilige, betrouwbare en gebruiksvriendelijke ICT. Daarom zoeken wij een ervaren Manager ICT die koers bepaalt, verbinding creëert en onze ICT-dienstverlening verder professionaliseert.

Zo ziet jouw dag eruit

Je start met een overleg met een ICT-partner. Samen bespreek je de dienstverlening, stuur je bij waar nodig en zorg je dat afspraken worden nagekomen.

Daarna werk je met de coördinatoren van servicedesk en applicatiebeheer aan de projectportefeuille. Welke projecten hebben de meeste impact op medewerkers en cliënten? Waar liggen de prioriteiten?

Later op de dag kijk je vooruit. Je bespreekt de voortgang van de ICT-strategie, adviseert de directie over digitalisering, informatievoorziening en informatiebeveiliging en vertaalt organisatiedoelen naar concrete resultaten.

Je sluit de dag af met zicht op wat jouw team samen heeft bereikt. Of het nu gaat om een nieuwe digitale voorziening, een verbeterde ICT-dienstverlening of de ondersteuning van een zorglocatie: je zorgt dat de digitale basis staat en dat medewerkers erop kunnen vertrouwen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je geeft leiding aan het ICT-team en functioneel beheer.
  • Je ontwikkelt en realiseert de ICT-strategie.
  • Je stuurt op kwaliteit, continuïteit en klantgerichte dienstverlening.
  • Je voert regie op leveranciers, contracten en serviceafspraken.
  • Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor cybersecurity, privacy en informatieveiligheid.
  • Je begeleidt ICT-projecten en organisatie brede veranderingen.
  • Je adviseert directie en management over ICT-vraagstukken en investeringen.

Zo zorgen wij voor jou:

  • Een salaris volgens de cao VVT FWG 65; tussen de € 5.413,38 en € 7.263,94 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week;
  • Een contract voor één jaar, met de mogelijkheid voor verlenging of contract voor onbepaalde tijd; / Bij wederzijds enthousiasme bieden wij een arbeidsovereenkomst aan voor onbepaalde tijd;
  • Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals: 8% vakantiegeld, eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% en een reiskostenruilregeling;
  • Ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen. We kijken samen naar leer- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden;
  • Mogelijkheid om mee te doen aan sportactiviteiten, zoals bootcamp en yoga. Maar ook workshops over bijvoorbeeld verminderen van stress of over de overgang.

Dit ben jij:

  • HBO+ of WO werk- en denkniveau;
  • ruime ervaring in een leidinggevende ICT-functie;
  • ervaring met leveranciersmanagement en regievoering;
  • kennis van cybersecurity, AVG en informatieveiligheid;
  • sterke communicatieve en verbindende kwaliteiten.
