Bij de dagbesteding zorg jij voor plezier en structuur voor mensen met dementie. Hierdoor kunnen zij langer thuis wonen. Dat is: Jij en Woonzorg Flevoland.

Jij en jouw werk:

Voor onze dagbesteding locatie Bruis in Almere zoeken wij een nieuwe collega. Word jij blij van kleine momenten met grote impact, zie jij de mens achter het ziektebeeld en kun je makkelijk schakelen omdat geen dag hetzelfde is? Dan pas jij perfect binnen ons team.

Op onze dagbesteding locatie voor mensen met dementie staat het bieden van een zinvolle dag centraal. We werken vanuit het gedachtegoed belevingsgerichte zorg, waarbij we aansluiten bij wat de deelnemer nog wél kan en nodig heeft. Het doel is het bevorderen van de zelfredzaamheid en tegelijkertijd het ontzorgen van de thuissituatie. Dementie kent een veranderend ziektebeeld daarom kijken we steeds opnieuw naar de behoeften en beleving van de deelnemer zodat we passende activiteiten en ondersteuning kunnen blijven bieden die bijdragen aan de kwaliteit van leven.

Daarnaast:

  • Werk je nauw samen met vrijwilligers en stagiaires;
  • Werk je samen met andere disciplines binnen de keten en andere organisaties binnen het netwerk om ontmoetingen te faciliteren en verbindingen te leggen;
  • Onderhoud je actief contact met mantelzorgers om een sterk netwerk rondom de deelnemer te creëren;
  • Begeleid je kennismakingsgesprekken en rondleidingen met toekomstige deelnemers en hun mantelzorger;
  • Voer je intakegesprekken met nieuwe deelnemers en hun mantelzorger.

Zo zorgen we voor jou:

  • Een salaris volgens de CAO VVT FWG 35; tussen de € 2.735 en € 3.592 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week;
  • Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals: 8% vakantiegeld, eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% en een reiskostenruilregeling;
  • Een tijdelijk contract van 8 maanden;
  • Ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen. We kijken samen naar leer- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden;
  • Mogelijkheid om mee te doen aan sportactiviteiten, zoals bootcamp en yoga. Maar ook workshops over bijvoorbeeld verminderen van stress of over de overgang.

Dit ben jij:

  • In bezit van een MBO-diploma (niveau 3/4) richting MMZ, AB, of SPW activiteitenbegeleiding;
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor 24 uur per week;
  • Je bent bij voorkeur per 1 november beschikbaar.
  • Je hebt aantoonbaar werkervaring met mensen met dementie en zet hun welzijn centraal;
  • Je bent creatief, innovatief en hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler en verbinder, maar voelt je ook prettig bij zelfstandig werken op een groep van 12 deelnemers, waarbij je de juiste zorg en aandacht weet te bieden.
