Jij en jouw werk:

Als verpleegkundige ben je een essentiële schakel in ons team, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met de wijkverpleegkundige en de collega’s in de wijk. Je biedt hoogwaardige zorg aan onze cliënten, bent hun vertrouwenspersoon en signaleert veranderingen in hun gezondheidstoestand. Daarnaast ben je een sparringpartner en ondersteun je de wijkverpleegkundige. Je verricht verpleegtechnische handelingen, biedt persoonlijke zorg en bent een luisterend oor voor onze cliënten. Samen met de wijkverpleegkundige zorg jij voor een doorontwikkeling en groei in de organisatie.

En verder:

  • Een salaris conform de cao VVT FWG 40 - 45; tussen de € 2.981 en € 4.245 per maand op basis van 36 uur per week. Inschaling is op basis van ervaring en kennis;
  • We bieden een contract voor 7 maanden met de intentie om deze om te zetten in onbepaalde tijd.
  • Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals: 8% vakantiegeld, eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% en een reiskostenruilregeling;
  • Tijdens je route rijd je met een van onze dienstauto’s;
  • Een basisroute met eigen cliënten, met een logische routeplanning;
  • Ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen. We kijken samen naar leer- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden;
  • Mogelijkheid om mee te doen aan sportactiviteiten, zoals bootcamp en yoga. Maar ook workshops over bijvoorbeeld verminderen van stress of over de overgang.

Dit ben jij:

Je bent een gedreven en ervaren verpleegkundige met een passie voor vernieuwing en kwaliteitszorg. Je hebt een scherp oog voor innovatie en draagt actief bij aan de professionalisering van onze organisatie en je bent een sparringpartner voor je wijkverpleegkundige. Verder:

  • Heb je een diploma verpleegkunde, niveau 4 met BIG registratie;
  • Ben je in het bezit van een rijbewijs;
  • Kan je zelfstandig werken en je bent flexibel beschikbaar;
  • Ben je coachend en verbindend met de stakeholders( zoals; familie, mantelzorgers, zorgverleners, vrijwilligers etc.) in de wijk;
  • Ben jij net als wij altijd op zoek naar de meest passende zorg voor onze cliënten.
