Estamos en búsqueda de un WPI Specialist para integrarse a un proyecto estratégico dentro de la industria automotriz. Este perfil brindará soporte técnico durante las actividades de lanzamiento, implementación y validación de estaciones de trabajo, layouts y procesos productivos dentro de las diferentes áreas de manufactura.

El candidato ideal contará con experiencia en lanzamientos automotrices, integración de estaciones de trabajo en piso de producción y soporte a procesos de ingeniería industrial y manufactura.

Actividades principales

  • Implementar y validar layouts de estaciones de trabajo, áreas logísticas y zonas de abastecimiento de materiales.
  • Coordinar la instalación y posicionamiento de racks, contenedores, herramentales y equipos de soporte en piso de producción.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de Workplace Integration (WPI), Industrial Engineering (IE) y Facilities & Equipment (F&E) para asegurar la correcta implementación de cambios de proceso.
  • Ejecutar validaciones ergonómicas de estaciones de trabajo y flujo de materiales.
  • Participar en pruebas piloto, eventos de lanzamiento y actividades previas al SOP.
  • Apoyar actividades de balanceo de línea, estudios de proceso y optimización operativa.
  • Dar seguimiento a cambios de ingeniería y actualizaciones de layouts.
  • Identificar interferencias, restricciones y oportunidades de mejora en procesos productivos y de logística interna.
  • Mantener actualizada la documentación técnica, layouts y registros de seguimiento del proyecto.
  • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para garantizar el cumplimiento de objetivos de seguridad, calidad y productividad.

Requirements

  • Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería en Manufactura o carrera afín.
  • Más de 8 años de experiencia en manufactura automotriz, seguimiento de layouts, métodos o soporte a procesos productivos.
  • Experiencia trabajando directamente en piso de producción durante lanzamientos automotrices.
  • Experiencia deseable en alguna de las siguientes áreas dentro de OEM automotriz: Chassis, Engine Dress & Decking, Trim o Final Line.
  • Conocimiento de implementación y validación de estaciones de trabajo.
  • Experiencia en instalación y validación de equipos, herramentales, racks y contenedores.
  • Conocimiento de ergonomía industrial y validación de procesos.
  • Experiencia en balanceo de línea y soporte a estudios de proceso.
  • Capacidad para dar seguimiento a cambios de ingeniería durante fases de lanzamiento.
  • Habilidad para identificar y resolver interferencias de proceso y layout.
  • Interpretación de planos, layouts industriales y documentación técnica.
  • Manejo de AutoCAD.
  • Conocimiento de tooling, sistemas de rackeo y ambientes de ensamble automotriz.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipos multifuncionales dentro de entornos dinámicos de manufactura.
