ALTEN México, líder en ingeniería y consultoría tecnológica, busca un(a) Senior Backend Developer Java para unirse a nuestro equipo de alto impacto. En ALTEN, impulsamos soluciones tecnológicas avanzadas en sectores como automotriz, financiero, telecomunicaciones y más, desarrollando sistemas robustos y escalables para nuestros clientes.

En este rol, serás responsable de diseñar, implementar y optimizar aplicaciones backend utilizando las últimas tecnologías Java, garantizando rendimiento, seguridad y alineación con los objetivos del negocio. Trabajarás en un entorno ágil, colaborando con equipos multidisciplinarios para resolver desafíos técnicos complejos y mejorar la eficiencia de nuestros sistemas.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Desarrollar y mantener APIs REST escalables y seguras con Spring Boot 3, asegurando el manejo adecuado de códigos de estado HTTP y la integración con sistemas externos.
  • Implementar soluciones de autenticación y autorización utilizando Spring Security y JWT.
  • Optimizar consultas y transacciones en bases de datos SQL Server mediante JPA, mejorando el rendimiento y la estabilidad del sistema.
  • Aplicar patrones de resiliencia (ej. Resilience4j) para garantizar la disponibilidad y tolerancia a fallos en las aplicaciones.
  • Gestionar el manejo de errores de manera estructurada, utilizando @ControllerAdvice y Bean Validation para validaciones robustas.
  • Realizar pruebas unitarias e integradas con JUnit y Mockito para asegurar la calidad del código.
  • Colaborar en la estabilización de sistemas críticos, identificando y resolviendo cuellos de botella en el backend.
  • Participar en la mejora continua de procesos, incluyendo la optimización de consultas SQL y la integración con herramientas como HttpClient, WebClient o RestTemplate.

Requirements

  • Experiencia sólida en desarrollo backend con Java 17/21 y Spring Boot 3.
  • Conocimiento avanzado en Spring Security, autenticación con JWT y manejo de roles/permisos.
  • Dominio de JPA y bases de datos relacionales (SQL Server), con capacidad para escribir consultas eficientes.
  • Experiencia en integración con servicios externos (APIs, microservicios) y manejo de patrones de resiliencia.
  • Familiaridad con herramientas de pruebas: JUnit, Mockito.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en entornos ágiles, colaborando con equipos de frontend, DevOps y otros stakeholders.
  • Conocimiento en manejo de errores, logging y monitoreo de aplicaciones.
  • Experiencia en sistemas críticos o de alta disponibilidad (plus).
  • Inglés intermedio
