The posting

ALTEN MÉXICO está en búsqueda de un/a Ingeniero/a Químico/a con experiencia en procesos industriales, operaciones unitarias y documentación técnica, que brinde soporte en la actualización, validación, estandarización y creación de procedimientos operativos.

Perfil de Puesto: La posición tendrá una participación activa en piso, realizando levantamientos de procesos, identificando oportunidades de mejora en la documentación y asegurando que los procedimientos reflejen correctamente la operación.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar levantamientos de procesos y actividades directamente en piso.
  • Actualizar, validar y crear procedimientos e instrucciones de operación (SOPs).
  • Documentar y estandarizar procesos operativos.
  • Identificar y corregir diferencias entre los procedimientos existentes y la operación real.
  • Gestionar la actualización de documentación en los sistemas correspondientes.
  • Colaborar con operadores y equipos técnicos para obtener información del proceso.
  • Apoyar en la implementación de nuevos procedimientos y actualizaciones.
  • Capacitar al personal involucrado sobre procedimientos nuevos o modificados.
  • Asegurar buenas prácticas de documentación, GMP/BPM y seguridad durante el desarrollo de procedimientos.

Requirements

Requisitos:

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia profesional en ingeniería química, procesos, manufactura u operaciones industriales.
  • Conocimiento de operaciones unitarias y procesos químicos industriales.
  • Conocimiento técnico de reactores, columnas de destilación, bombas y sistemas de vacío.
  • Experiencia en creación, actualización o validación de SOPs/procedimientos operativos.
  • Conocimiento de GMP/BPM y buenas prácticas de documentación.
  • Conocimientos de seguridad industrial y de procesos.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar directamente en piso de producción.

  • Atención al detalle.
  • Capacidad de análisis y entendimiento de procesos.
  • Organización y seguimiento.
  • Comunicación efectiva con personal operativo y técnico.
  • Capacidad para documentar información técnica de forma clara y estructurada.
  • Facilidad para capacitar y transmitir procedimientos.
