We're looking for an Account Director to own a portfolio of our key enterprise accounts, accountable for two things above all: excellent delivery and sustained account growth. You'll be the senior trusted advisor to client executives and the bridge between their business stakeholders and Satori's technical teams.

What Your Day Might Look Like:

  • Own the portfolio: Take full accountability for a portfolio of large enterprise accounts — revenue, margin, growth targets, and client satisfaction.
  • Grow the accounts: Build and run account plans — map stakeholders, identify where data and AI create value, and grow current engagements into larger, multi-year programmes.
  • Advise at the top: Develop C-level relationships and become a trusted advisor on the client's data and AI agenda, leading proposals, solution shaping, and commercial negotiations alongside presales and technical leads, and forecasting pipeline accurately.
  • Guarantee delivery: Own delivery quality across every engagement so projects land on time, on budget, and with measurable impact — providing senior governance (steering committees, risk, scope and change control), spotting risks early, and stepping in hands-on when needed.
  • Keep it sound: Make sure solutions are technically fit for purpose, challenging teams and clients where necessary.
  • Bridge business and tech: Translate business problems into clear data and AI solution scopes, and technical trade-offs into executive language — aligning client stakeholders and delivery teams on objectives, priorities, and success measures.
  • Lead the people: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (engagement managers, architects, engineers, data scientists), coach senior consultants, and contribute to Satori's leadership agenda across offerings, delivery practices, and go-to-market.

Requirements

Your Superpowers 🚀

  • 10+ years delivering data and AI solutions for large enterprise organisations.
  • A deep, hands-on track record of personally leading delivery of data and AI projects and programmes — GenAI use cases, data platforms, analytics and BI. Selling or overseeing from a distance doesn't count; this is non-negotiable.
  • Background in a consulting environment — a data and AI consultancy or agency, Big 4, strategy consulting, or a systems integrator's advisory or delivery practice.
  • Proven ownership of senior client relationships and demonstrable account growth: expanded engagements, new programmes won, revenue grown.
  • Solid technical literacy across modern data and AI stacks (cloud data platforms, data engineering, ML, GenAI) — strong enough to credibly challenge architects and earn the respect of client CIOs, CAIOs, and CDOs.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present and persuade at executive level, with strong interpersonal skills for complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong leadership of multidisciplinary delivery teams.
  • Fluent English; Greek strongly preferred, given the client base.

  • Sector depth in one or more of Satori's core industries — banking and financial services, energy, manufacturing, or CPG/Retail.
  • Relevant certifications: cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), PMP or PRINCE2, or agile delivery.
  • Experience building and scaling a practice or account team.
