Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Sales Professional to take full ownership of the revenue engine for a fast-growing AI-powered marketing and automation agency. This is a "player-coach" style role where you will be the primary closer for our done-for-you marketing services, helping local businesses (Home Services, Dental/Med Spas, Professional Services) scale through cutting-edge automation. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle sales, from initial prospecting and cold calling (40–60 calls/day) to booking and running live demos.
  • Act as the primary closer for tiered marketing and automation packages ranging from $495 to $3,997/month.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline within GoHighLevel (GHL), ensuring lead funnels are optimized and followed up on promptly.
  • Translate complex marketing automation solutions into clear, value-based pitches for local business owners.
  • Upsell existing clients into higher-tier service packages as they see initial success.
  • Collaborate directly with the Founder to refine the sales script, lead acquisition strategy, and market positioning.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Closer: You must demonstrate a high close rate and a "hunter" mentality.
  • GHL Expert: Deep familiarity with GoHighLevel and marketing automation tools is non-negotiable; you must be ready to hit the ground running without technical training.
  • Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to build trust with US-based business owners.
  • High Volume Capacity: Comfort and experience with high-volume outbound calling and managing a busy demo calendar.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal oversight.

Nice-to-Have

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish): Highly preferred as the team looks to expand into Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Agency Experience: Prior experience selling marketing services, SEO, or lead generation is a significant plus.
