As an Account Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with the highest level of service and expertise. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, has a strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique insurance requirements, provide expert guidance on available products, and support them through the claims process when necessary. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and the insurance agency, ensuring prompt and clear communication.
  • Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies based on their individual needs and circumstances.
  • Process new insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide clients with detailed explanations of coverage, policy terms, and any changes to their insurance plans.
  • Handle and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and claims with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and internal teams to facilitate smooth service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an insurance agency or related customer service role.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using insurance management software and general office applications.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic work environment.
