Nel ruolo di Addetto/a ai Piani sarai il custode dell’ordine e della cura degli ambienti, contribuendo a creare un’esperienza memorabile per i nostri ospiti. Farai parte di un team attento e appassionato, garantendo la pulizia, l’ordine e la presentazione impeccabile di camere, spazi comuni e aree operative.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Supporta nella pulizia spazi comuni dell'albergo e delle camere secondo le norme del LQA
  • Mantiene ordine e pulizia nei locali di servizio e nei magazzini dedicati al reparto Housekeeping.
  • Garantisce il corretto riassetto giornaliero delle camere nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi dell’hotel.
  • Supporta l’attività di pulizia di camere e aree comuni e fornisce supporto al team di Housekeeping durante i cambi camera
  • Rispetta le procedure di sicurezza e igiene previste dalla struttura e dalle normative vigenti.

Requirements

  • Conoscenza di italiano e inglese a livello base.
  • Passione per il servizio e voglia di crescere professionalmente.
  • Eccellenti capacità comunicative e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.
  • Costante attenzione agli standard di servizio e alle priorità.
  • Precisione, puntualità e cura del dettaglio nelle attività quotidiane.
  • Esperienza pregressa in strutture alberghiere di pari livello.
