The posting

La risorsa, in affiancamento al responsabile, si dovrà occupare di pianificare e programmare le attività logistiche interne, assicurando il rispetto delle priorità, delle capacità operative e delle tempistiche di consegna, supervisionando contestualmente la pianificazione dei materiali acquistati conto terzi e delle lavorazioni esterne.

Principali attività

- Pianificazione e programmazione delle attività di cernita, videocernita, confezionamento e imballaggio.

- Definizione delle priorità operative in funzione degli ordini delle esigenze produttive e delle date di consegna.

- Predisposizione e aggiornamento del programma delle attività logistiche.

- Monitoraggio dell’avanzamento delle lavorazioni e verifica del rispetto della pianificazione e delle tempistiche previste.

- Gestione e ripianificazione delle attività in caso di ritardi, urgenze, variazioni delle priorità o altre criticità operative.

- Supervisione della pianificazione degli approvvigionamenti di materiale acquistato conto terzi, verificandone la coerenza con i fabbisogni e le tempistiche aziendali.

- Supervisione della pianificazione delle lavorazioni esterne, monitorando l’invio del materiale, le tempistiche previste e i relativi rientri.

- Coordinamento con Produzione, Magazzino, Acquisti, Logistica e altre funzioni coinvolte per garantire la continuità del flusso operativo.

- Aggiornamento dei dati, delle pianificazioni e delle informazioni all’interno del gestionale aziendale.

Requirements

- Laurea ingegneria gestionale o economia.

- Capacità organizzative e di pianificazione.

- Buona capacità di analisi e gestione delle priorità.

- Conoscenza dei principali flussi produttivi.

- Buon utilizzo di strumenti informatici e gestionali.
