We are looking for an Aesthetician to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will provide professional spa and beauty treatments, ensuring a personalized and high-quality experience for our guests. You will offer expert recommendations based on individual needs while promoting spa treatments and retail products in line with Costa Navarino standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional spa and beauty treatments in accordance with established protocols and Costa Navarino standards.
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and equipment, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and proper restocking.
  • Offer personalized consultations and recommendations based on individual guest needs and preferences.
  • Promote and sell spa treatments and retail products according to guest needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the spa menu, treatments, products and services.
  • Manage guest-related treatment documentation in coordination with the Spa Reception team.
  • Participate in spa and wellness events and initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
  • Support smooth daily spa operations by proactively addressing guest needs and operational challenges.

Requirements

  • Degree or certification in Aesthetics; Bachelor’s Degree will be considered an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Aesthetician, preferably within a 4- or 5-star resort environment.
  • Additional qualifications in body treatments will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong guest-service and sales orientation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility, adaptability and strong team spirit.
