The posting

Buscamos un/a Ama de Llaves con experiencia para supervisar la limpieza y el mantenimiento de una residencia privada de clientes HNW en Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. Serás responsable de que la residencia se mantenga impecable en todo momento, coordinando al equipo de limpieza y cuidando cada detalle con un fuerte énfasis en la calidad, la discreción y la adaptabilidad.

El proyecto se extiende desde el 20 de octubre hasta principios de enero, con una jornada de 6 días a la semana, de 7:00 a. m. a 3:00 p. m.

  • Supervisar y coordinar al equipo de limpieza, asignando tareas, horarios y prioridades diarias.
  • Garantizar que todas las áreas de la residencia (habitaciones, áreas comunes, exteriores y zonas de servicio) se mantengan en estado impecable según estándares de lujo.
  • Gestionar la lavandería y el cuidado de prendas delicadas, ropa de cama y textiles de alta calidad.
  • Controlar el inventario de productos de limpieza, amenities y suministros, así como la relación con proveedores.
  • Preparar la residencia para la llegada de huéspedes, eventos y estadías especiales, atendiendo las preferencias personales de los clientes.
  • Velar por el cuidado de mobiliario, obras de arte, superficies y objetos de valor, aplicando los métodos y productos adecuados para cada material.
  • Reportar y dar seguimiento a necesidades de mantenimiento o reparaciones.

Requirements

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en hogares privados y/o hoteles de lujo, idealmente con experiencia supervisando equipos.
  • Conocimiento de técnicas de limpieza y cuidado de materiales nobles (maderas, mármol, textiles finos, etc.).
  • Excelente capacidad de organización, liderazgo y atención al detalle.
  • Absoluta discreción y conducta profesional.
  • Inglés conversacional.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar 6 días a la semana, de 7:00 a. m. a 3:00 p. m., durante toda la duración del proyecto (20 de octubre a principios de enero).
