Présentation du poste

APM MONACO recherche un Assistant Store Manager pour venir superviser son équipe sur la boutique de Bruxelles!

Vente

● Participer activement à l'atteinte des objectifs de CA, en soutien du/de la Store Manager

● Analyser les rapports de ventes pour identifier les besoins du business et proposer des actions correctives

● Contribuer à la définition des objectifs individuels des conseillers de vente

● Relayer les KPI auprès de l'équipe et l'accompagner au quotidien pour améliorer ses performances

● Assurer le lien avec l'équipe marketing sur le terrain

● Faire une veille concurrentielle et être conscient·e des performances des concurrents et des tendances du marché

Service client

● Veiller au quotidien à la qualité du service délivré en boutique

● Veiller à ce que l'équipe garde un contact régulier et de qualité avec les clients

● Gérer les réclamations clients de premier niveau

Opérations

● Contribuer au bon entretien et à la bonne tenue générale de la boutique

● Contrôler l'application des procédures de paiement

● Suivre les dépenses de la boutique aux côtés du/de la Store Manager

● Participer à l'élaboration du planning de l'équipe

● Assurer la gestion courante de l'inventaire et veiller à la bonne utilisation du POS par l'équipe

● Relayer la communication entre la boutique, les autres services et les autres points de vente

Visual Merchandising

● Appliquer et faire vivre au quotidien les directives de merchandising

● Veiller à ce que la boutique respecte les standards de présentation en toute circonstance

● Faire le lien avec la logistique et le marketing pour l'assortiment de la boutique

● Alerter immédiatement en cas de produit défectueux repéré en boutique

● Remonter les besoins de réassort

Ressources Humaines

● Participer au recrutement, à l'intégration et à la formation de l'équipe

● Accompagner l'évaluation des performances de l'équipe et donner un feedback régulier

● Appuyer le/la Store Manager sur les sujets RH courants

● Incarner au quotidien l'image et les standards professionnels de la marque

Requirements

● Vous adorez APM Monaco !

● Vous justifiez d'une expérience solide en tant que Superviseur, avec l'ambition d'évoluer vers la gestion complète d'un point de vente

● Vous avez de l'expérience en luxury/fashion retail, avec une bonne maîtrise des fondamentaux du visual merchandising

● Vous savez analyser des rapports de vente et proposer des ajustements pertinents

● Vous êtes reconnu·e pour votre sens de l'organisation et votre aisance relationnelle

● Vous parlez couramment anglais

● Vous êtes agile et savez faire preuve de flexibilité quand nécessaire
