The posting

Somos una firma de contabilidad y administración ubicada en Asunción, Paraguay, con procesos altamente digitalizados. Utilizamos Zoho Books y herramientas de inteligencia artificial para automatizar gran parte del procesamiento contable.

Buscamos un/a Asistente Contable Junior para acompañar la operación diaria, revisar la información procesada automáticamente y asegurar la calidad de los registros. La posición es remota, inicialmente part-time y con una perspectiva de colaboración a largo plazo.

Responsabilidades

  • Revisar y aprobar facturas procesadas automáticamente por inteligencia artificial.
  • Registrar compras, ventas, pagos y cobros en Zoho Books.
  • Realizar conciliaciones bancarias.
  • Detectar y reportar errores, duplicados o inconsistencias en los registros contables.
  • Atender consultas básicas de clientes sobre el uso del sistema.
  • Realizar controles mensuales comparando los comprobantes registrados en Zoho Books con los reportados por la administración tributaria.
  • Dar seguimiento a tareas y controles contables periódicos.

Requisitos

  • Contar con una buena base de contabilidad y registración contable.
  • Tener conocimientos de conciliaciones bancarias.
  • Manejar Excel o Google Sheets.
  • Tener atención al detalle, organización y responsabilidad.
  • Comunicarse con claridad por escrito en español.
  • Sentirse cómodo/a utilizando herramientas digitales y sistemas en la nube, con facilidad para aprender nuevas plataformas.

Se valorará experiencia práctica en tareas contables o conciliaciones bancarias, aunque no es indispensable contar con experiencia laboral previa. Tampoco se requiere inglés ni experiencia con Zoho Books: brindaremos capacitación en el sistema.

Condiciones Freelancer

  • Modalidad 100% remota.
  • Dedicación full time.
  • Horario flexible, con disponibilidad durante parte de la jornada laboral de Paraguay, de lunes a viernes. La franja específica se acordará.

  • Entorno organizado, con foco en la calidad del trabajo y sin requerimiento de horas extra.
