We are looking for an Assistant Waiter/Waitress to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will support the Restaurant Service team with preparation, table service and guest requests, helping to deliver timely, friendly and efficient service throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare mise en place, service equipment and restaurant areas according to daily needs.
  • Prepare and maintain tables and support opening and closing duties.
  • Welcome guests and support timely and accurate food and beverage service.
  • Assist with order taking and ensure accurate communication of allergies, dietary requirements and special requests.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a positive and professional manner.
  • Support restaurant and culinary teams with daily operations and maintain effective communication.
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, cleanliness and safety while following company policies, Brand Standards and SOPs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Previous experience in hospitality.
  • Good verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Guest-focused approach with clear communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.
  • Ability to remain composed and effective during busy periods.
  • Flexibility, willingness to learn and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
