Role Overview Join a global bank as a Junior Talent Acquisition Recruiter, supporting the hiring of junior to manager-level professionals across technology and operations. This position provides broad exposure to in-house recruitment within a large, fast-paced organisation. It is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are outgoing, proactive, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities - Support end-to-end recruitment for junior to manager-level technology and operations roles. - Source and screen candidates through appropriate recruitment channels. - Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders. - Develop a practical understanding of technology and operations functions within a large financial-services environment. - Build capability in interviewing, stakeholder management, and talent advisory. - Maintain accurate recruitment records and support reporting and administrative activities. - Contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Profile - Fresh graduate or candidate with up to two years of relevant experience. - Qualification in human resources or another relevant discipline; candidates seeking to transition from agency recruitment to an in-house environment are welcome. - Strong interest in technology and its application within financial services. - Confident, personable, and effective communicator who enjoys working with people. - Proactive, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. - Highly organised, quick to learn, and able to manage multiple priorities. - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine willingness to develop.
