We are looking for a Beverage & Food Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will support the daily operations of the Food & Beverage team while gaining hands-on experience and developing your skills within a luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in training programs, on-the-job learning and departmental orientation sessions.
  • Learn and apply luxury hospitality service standards and operational procedures.
  • Support the Food & Beverage team with daily operations and service preparation.
  • Assist Head Waiters and other team members during service, contributing to a smooth and memorable guest experience.
  • Develop knowledge of menus, products, ingredients, preparation methods and service sequences.
  • Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner while learning to identify and anticipate their needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization and hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP procedures.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, receive feedback and continuously improve.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute positively to the team.
  • Gradually take on additional responsibilities based on performance, development and operational needs.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in Hospitality and Food & Beverage.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality guest experiences within a luxury environment.
  • Guest-oriented mindset and willingness to understand and anticipate guest needs.
  • Genuine desire to learn, develop new skills and gain practical operational knowledge.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism and strong team spirit.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Very good command of English.
  • EU citizenship or eligibility to work in Greece.
  • Previous exposure to Hospitality or Food & Beverage operations will be considered an advantage but is not required.
