Job Overview

The Business Development role is vital in driving our digital asset and financial market initiatives. You will be responsible for exploring new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and creating market strategies that strengthen Ajaib’s presence in the alternative investment and digital financial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities within digital assets and financial markets to drive growth.
  • Acquire, develop, and manage trusted relationships with key clients to support strategic activities.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to support business strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with exchanges, regulators, and technology partners.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, particularly in fintech sectors.
  • Strong understanding of finance markets, trends, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for new technologies and innovation.
