Department: Sapphire Utility Solutions, a Lanes Group Company specialise in multiple divisions. United Utilities operates across a number of contracts across our business, predominantly wastewater network services as part of the AMP 7 period plan. The Team support reactive and planned maintenance across the CCTV & Jetting and Civils teams, further supported by our in house Traffic Management Division and Capital Projects covering the entire UU network. Location: Leyland, Lancashire

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, 07.30am-16:30pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £29,000 per annum

Purpose of the role:

To assess the footage from the CCTV teams on site and update relevant platforms and departments. To crosscheck the Map16 platform upload the CCTV footage and wincan reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing CCTV surveys to update systems
  • Updating the progress of works via excel documents
  • Updating Map16 with surveys and wincan reports
  • Ensuring the comments and mapping reflects the findings from site
  • Liaise with Site supervisors with any survey specific issues and update records accordingly
  • Liaise with site teams regarding any queries with work completed

Key Requirements

Skills & Experience:

  • Computer Literate
  • Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively, particularly to external parties such as the client if and when required
  • Ability and confidence to communicate with site teams and management
  • Using systems – ideally Map16, Vapar
