Il y a vingt ans, les premières sélections Les Composantes voyaient le jour. Une histoire née d’une soif d’indépendance et d’une passion pour le vintage. Une manière instinctive de faire circuler les vêtements, guidée par une attention particulière à ce qui dure.

Dans son prolongement, Sézane prend vie en 2013 : la première marque de mode française née en ligne. Puis sont venus enrichir cet univers : Octobre Éditions pour les hommes, Les Composantes, dédiée cette fois à l’art de vivre, et Petit Sézane pour les enfants.

Tout s’est construit comme on avance dans la vie : par élans, par gestes spontanés avec cette manière d’apprendre en faisant. Une autre relation au détail, au service et au lien. Une autre manière d’habiller le réel, d’abord en ligne, puis à travers nos Appartements.

Nous recherchons les talents d’un(e) Retail Merchandiser Europe en CDD à partir de maintenant, pour une durée de 6 mois minimum (H/F) pour rejoindre nos équipes. Ce poste est basé à Paris (75).

Intégré(e) au sein du pôle Merchandising, rattaché(e) à la Responsable Retail Merchandising Europe vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Création des assortiments pour nos projets spéciaux 2027 (pop-up, takeover grands magasins, rénovations, événements presse/influence): préparation des ouvertures et suivi hebdomadaire pour s'adapter au trend et aux besoins clients, en lien étroit avec les départements architecture, visuel merchandising et supply chain.
  • Coordination des sélections produits pour nos braderies et projets archives, en lien avec les équipes supply chain et visuel merchandising;
  • Réalisation d'analyses ad-hoc sur la performance de l’offre pour mettre en place des plans d’action concrets à court ou moyen terme ;
  • Interaction avec les points de vente de manière hebdomadaire pour les demandes d’ajustement de l’assortiment (demandes d’ajout, de retour…) ;
  • Participation aux visites de points de vente (floor et stock) afin de mettre en place des plans d’action visant à optimiser la satisfaction client ;
  • Support aux ouvertures des pops ups et projets spéciaux, via une présence terrain pour accompagner les équipes retail.

Requirements

  • Diplômé(e) d'une école de mode ou d’une école de commerce avec spécialisation mode, ou de son équivalent universitaire ;
  • Vous mettez en avant une expérience de minimum 3 ans sur un poste équivalent au sein d'une marque de prêt-à-porter ;
  • Vous disposez d’une forte sensibilité produit combinée à un œil business pragmatique ;
  • Vous êtes curieux(euse), proactif(ive) avec un sens entrepreneurial ;
  • Vous maitrisez Excel, et avez un goût prononcé pour l’analyse de données, vous savez vous appuyer sur l'IA pour gagner du temps ;
  • Vous êtes très organisé(e) et la gestion des priorités n'a pas de secret pour vous !
  • Anglais courant indispensable.
