The posting

Bring SEVEN’s Characters to life through high-energy performances, immersive Guest interactions, and strong Character integrity. Combine entertainment and operational responsibilities, from live performance to costume and area readiness, to deliver a seamless and safe Guest experience.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Perform as SEVEN’s Costume Characters in meet-and-greets, walkabouts, shows, parades, VIP events, birthday parties, and themed activations to bring SEVEN’s Characters to life for Guests.
  • Maintain Character integrity by following all movement, gesture, and persona guidelines and attending mandatory Character training, sign-off programs, and brush-up sessions to keep every portrayal consistent with SEVEN’s Character standards.
  • Interact with Guests in a friendly, engaging, and culturally sensitive manner, adapting performances to different audiences through improvisation and physical expression, to create memorable and respectful Guest moments.
  • Follow all SOPs, safety guidelines, and emergency procedures to keep performances and Guest interactions safe.
  • Prepare costumes and Character areas before performances and assist with dressing to ensure every Character appearance is performance-ready.
  • Check and inspect costume pieces for repairs, maintain costume undergarments according to guidelines, and report costume or prop maintenance needs promptly to keep costumes and props in presentable, working condition.
  • Organize and maintain clean dressing room, storage, and meet-and-greet areas to support an orderly and professional performance environment.
  • Execute physical tasks such as walking, standing, lifting, and moving heavy costume pieces to support performances and costume handling.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years • Strong physical stamina and ability to perform in full body or face Character costumes • Comfortable performing physical tasks such as standing and walking for extended periods • Fluent in English and Arabic • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team • Cultural awareness and Guest sensitivity • Ability to follow direction, training guidelines, and feedback • Passion for entertainment and positive Guest experiences
