Vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement industriel et naval exigeant, au cœur de projets techniques variés ? Vous avez une expérience en peinture industrielle et appréciez autant le suivi opérationnel des chantiers que la relation client ?

Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, notre client, acteur reconnu de la construction navale, recherche un Chargé d’Affaires Peinture en CDI.

Vos missions

Rattaché aux équipes opérationnelles, vous assurez la préparation, le pilotage et le suivi des affaires de peinture, dans le respect des exigences techniques, des délais, des coûts et des standards de qualité et de sécurité, depuis la contractualisation jusqu’au suivi après livraison.

À ce titre, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Préparer et organiser les affaires : analyser les cahiers des charges, définir les besoins techniques et humains, préparer les interventions et planifier les travaux.
  • Piloter les chantiers de peinture : coordonner les équipes internes et les sous-traitants, suivre l’avancement des travaux et veiller au respect des plannings.
  • Assurer le suivi technique : contrôler la conformité des prestations, veiller à l’application des spécifications et des procédures, identifier les éventuels écarts et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaires.
  • Gérer les aspects économiques : suivre les budgets, les coûts et la rentabilité des affaires, anticiper les dérives et proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des clients : assurer le suivi des affaires, communiquer sur leur avancement et garantir la satisfaction des interlocuteurs.
  • Veiller à la sécurité et à la qualité : faire respecter les règles HSE, les exigences qualité et les bonnes pratiques sur les chantiers.

Requirements

De formation technique, vous justifiez d’une expérience dans la peinture industrielle, idéalement acquise dans le secteur naval, la construction métallique ou un environnement industriel similaire.

Vous disposez de connaissances en préparation et suivi de travaux de peinture, en organisation de chantier et en coordination d’équipes ou de sous-traitants.

Votre capacité à comprendre les exigences techniques, à anticiper les difficultés et à suivre les engagements économiques vous permet de piloter vos affaires avec rigueur.

Autonome et organisé, vous appréciez le travail de terrain et savez entretenir une relation professionnelle de qualité avec vos clients, vos équipes et vos partenaires.

Votre sens des responsabilités, votre réactivité et votre capacité à trouver des solutions seront des atouts essentiels pour réussir dans cette fonction.
