Η Mar-Bella Collection αναζητά Chef de Partie | Μάγειρα Α’ για το Cayo στην Ελούντα Κρήτης για τη Season 2027.

Ο Ρόλος

Ως Chef de Partie, έχεις την ευθύνη για την οργάνωση και την ομαλή λειτουργία του πόστου σου, διασφαλίζοντας σταθερή ποιότητα, σωστή προετοιμασία και συνέπεια σε κάθε service.

Σε συνεργασία με τους Sous Chefs και την υπόλοιπη ομάδα της Κουζίνας, συμβάλλεις στην τήρηση των προτύπων ποιότητας, υγιεινής και παρουσίασης που χαρακτηρίζουν την εμπειρία φιλοξενίας του Cayo.

Μια Μέρα στη Δουλειά

· Οργανώνεις και προετοιμάζεις το πόστο σου πριν και κατά τη διάρκεια του service.

· Ακολουθείς τις καθιερωμένες διαδικασίες λειτουργίας και τις συνταγές του τμήματος.

· Διασφαλίζεις τη σωστή προετοιμασία, ποιότητα και παρουσίαση των πιάτων.

· Τηρείς αυστηρά τα πρότυπα υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων και τις διαδικασίες HACCP.

· Συμμετέχεις στην απογραφή του τμήματος και στη σωστή διαχείριση των πρώτων υλών.

· Υποστηρίζεις τη διαδικασία παραγγελιών και ενημερώνεις έγκαιρα για τις ανάγκες του πόστου σου.

· Συνεργάζεσαι αποτελεσματικά με την υπόλοιπη ομάδα της Κουζίνας για την ομαλή ροή του service.

Requirements

Ταιριάζει σε Εσένα;

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

· Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε ξενοδοχείο ή εστιατόριο υψηλών προδιαγραφών.

· Εμπειρία σε οργανωμένο περιβάλλον κουζίνας και σε à la carte λειτουργία.

· Απόφοιτος/η σχολής Μαγειρικής ή αντίστοιχης επαγγελματικής εκπαίδευσης.

· Βασική γνώση Αγγλικών.

· Ομαδικό πνεύμα, συνέπεια και επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά.

· Ακρίβεια, ταχύτητα και ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής εργασίας σε απαιτητικό περιβάλλον.

· Διάθεση για συνεχή μάθηση και επαγγελματική εξέλιξη.

Επιπλέον προσόντα – θα εκτιμηθούν

· Εμπειρία σε ξενοδοχεία 5* ή εστιατόρια πολυτελείας.

· Γνώση θεματικής μαγειρικής, όπως ιταλικής ή ασιατικής κουζίνας.

· Καλή γνώση διαδικασιών HACCP και ορθών πρακτικών διαχείρισης τροφίμων.
