Horizon Roofing is hiring Commercial Roofing Crew Members for our Waite Park/St. Cloud team.

You do not need roofing experience to apply. If you are dependable, willing to learn, comfortable with physical work, and want an opportunity to build a skilled trade career, we want to talk with you.

Construction or roofing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right people.

What You'll Learn & Do

As a Commercial Roofing Crew Member, you'll work alongside experienced crew members and foremen while learning the commercial roofing trade.

Your work may include:

• Installing commercial flat roofing systems • Removing existing roofing materials • Installing insulation and roofing materials • Loading and unloading materials • Learning to use roofing tools and equipment • Cleaning and maintaining jobsites • Assisting experienced roofers and foremen • Following jobsite and company safety procedures

Requirements

What We're Looking For

✔ Dependable and ready to work ✔ Willing to learn and take direction ✔ Comfortable performing physical work ✔ Comfortable working outdoors and at heights ✔ Able to work effectively as part of a crew ✔ Safety-minded with a positive attitude

Roofing experience is NOT required. Experience in construction, landscaping, manufacturing, warehouse work, farming, or other hands-on/physical jobs can be helpful.
