The posting

TEHORA est présentement à la recherche d’un conseiller spécialiste Microsoft 365 possédant une expertise avancée des environnements M365 et Azure.La ressource interviendra notamment sur Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune et les différentes composantes de Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

Sans être exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devra fournir la personne retenue :

  • Agir comme expert des produits et services Microsoft 365 et Azure;
  • Participer aux migrations, à l’intégration, au soutien et à l’architecture des solutions;
  • Administrer et maintenir les politiques et configurations M365;
  • Orchestrer les solutions M365 avec les partenaires internes et externes;
  • Soutenir les équipes techniques;
  • Analyser les options de sécurisation et les niveaux de licences E3/E5;
  • Analyser les besoins technologiques et recommander les solutions appropriées;
  • Réaliser des preuves de concept et bancs d’essai;
  • Rédiger les spécifications techniques;
  • Résoudre des problèmes techniques complexes;
  • Documenter et schématiser les solutions et infrastructures;
  • Élaborer une stratégie de synchronisation des comptes vers M365;
  • Participer à la stratégie de fédération et de gestion des identités;
  • Mettre en place les outils de collaboration;
  • Contribuer à la gestion moderne des postes de travail et de la mobilité.

Requirements

  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en conception, implantation ou soutien de solutions Microsoft basées sur Active Directory et Exchange;
  • Minimum de 6 ans d’expérience avec les principes de sécurité et de conformité Microsoft 365;
  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience avec Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Configuration Manager, Intune, Azure AD, Defender, M365, Autopilot et Desktop Analytics;
  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience avec ADFS, MAP Toolkit, SSO, DNS/DHCP;
  • Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience avec File Services, Group Policy, AD et AAD;
  • Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience avec les autres services Microsoft 365;
  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience technique avec Microsoft 365 et Azure;
  • Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience avec les infrastructures IaaS Azure et les architectures réseau;
  • Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en virtualisation de bureau, notamment Hyper-V ou VMware.

SALAIRE

Le salaire sera calculé sur la base du taux horaire moyen correspondant à votre profil.
