Trabalhamos em parceria com prestadores de cuidados de saúde, entidades governamentais, companhias de seguros, empresas farmacêuticas e com o público em geral. Contamos com uma rede de laboratórios e unidades de diagnóstico médico em 14 países. A nossa rede internacional de unidades confere-nos uma das presenças geográficas mais amplas entre os prestadores de serviços de laboratório clínico e diagnóstico médico na Europa.

Desde 2006 que marcamos a diferença no setor da saúde em Portugal, com um corpo clínico de referência. No âmbito do nosso crescimento e expansão, estamos à procura de um Construction & Compliance Engineer (m/f) , para fazer a diferença. A saúde começa em nós!

Responsabilidades:

  • Delinear e conduzir levantamentos de requisitos nas nossas unidades, identificando riscos e definindo planos de mitigação eficazes;
  • Gerir o processo de identificação de prestadores de serviços, procurement e o acompanhamento de alterações e melhorias nas infraestruturas das nossas unidades;
  • Colaborar ativamente com a equipa de HSE para assegurar a conformidade das infraestruturas com as normas de segurança (Segurança Contra Incêndios, compartimentação, meios de combate a incêndio, iluminação emergência, etc);
  • Apoiar o responsável de Facilities & Utilities na definição e otimização dos planos de manutenção preventiva e corretiva dos sistemas dos edifícios;
  • Gerir diversos projetos simultâneos, priorizando a renovação (refurbishment) e a conformidade regulatória das instalações;
  • Garantir o rigoroso cumprimento das regulamentações de saúde, segurança e sustentabilidade em todas as intervenções;
  • Desenvolver soluções técnicas e economicamente viáveis para os desafios das infraestruturas;

Requirements

  • Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia Civil, Eletrotécnica ou Mecânica, com elegibilidade para inscrição na Ordem dos Engenheiros.
  • Até 5 anos de experiência em Gestão de Instalações (Facilities Management), preferencialmente nos setores da Hotelaria, Grande Distribuição, Retalho ou Industrial (gestão multi-site).
  • Elevado rigor e orientação para o cumprimento de processos, procedimentos e normas regulamentares.
  • Capacidade demonstrada para gerir projetos em ambientes dinâmicos e multi-site, incluindo a coordenação e supervisão de prestadores de serviços.
  • Familiaridade com regulamentação de instalações de saúde (fator preferencial) e sistemas de construção.
  • Experiência em orçamentação, controlo de custos de infraestruturas e na implementação de processos internos robustos.
  • Proatividade na antecipação de problemas, excelentes competências de comunicação, espírito de equipa e foco na melhoria contínua.
