The posting

Notre équipe Delta Technologies recherche un Consultant Senior - Chef de Projet pour apporter son aide pour un de nos clients.

Les missions qui seront confiées au Consultant Senior - Chef de Projet sont :

  • Reprendre le pilotage du projet et consolider l’existant.
  • Maintenir le planning intégré, les jalons et les dépendances.
  • Animer les instances de gouvernance (COPIL, comités projets, ateliers).
  • Piloter les risques, décisions, changements et actions.
  • Coordonner les équipes métier, data, IT et partenaires externes.
  • Assurer un pilotage hybride combinant gouvernance projet et pratiques Agile.
  • Préparer les phases de tests, recette, mise en production et clôture du projet.

Le Consultant Senior - Chef de Projet aura également la responsabilité de participer à la tribu de développement de Delta, de soutenir et de gérer les initiatives des activités de développement de Delta.

En tant que consultant de Delta technologies, le Consultant Senior - Chef de Projet agira en tant que ‘’Subject Matter Expert’’ pour soutenir d'autres collègues en cas de besoin d'expertise.

Requirements

  • Justifier d’au moins 8 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets complexes.
  • Évoluer efficacement dans des environnements multi-acteurs et multi-partenaires.
  • Communiquer avec aisance auprès d’interlocuteurs métiers, IT et partenaires externes.
  • Produire des reportings et animer des instances de gouvernance et des ateliers de travail.
  • Maîtriser le cadre méthodologique Quapital ou un référentiel de gestion de projet équivalent.
  • Mettre en œuvre des approches de pilotage Agile, hybrides ou traditionnelles selon le contexte du projet.
  • Coordonner les différentes parties prenantes et assurer le suivi des risques, dépendances et changements.
  • Garantir la bonne exécution des projets dans le respect des objectifs, des délais et de la qualité attendue.
  • Être titulaire d'un diplôme en Informatique, Gestion, Ingénierie ou équivalent
  • L’anglais et le français sont obligatoires, une langue supplémentaire est considérée comme un avantage
