Le contexte Au sein de notre équipe, vous intervenez pour un groupe d'assurance de la place qui veut réduire ses incidents de production et mettre l'IA au service du testing, en organisation agile. Un secteur soumis aux exigences de résilience opérationnelle de DORA.

Votre mission Vous faites de l'automatisation des tests un actif durable : une couverture utile, des scripts robustes et maintenables.

Automatiser et industrialiser

  • Analyser les besoins métier, fonctionnels et techniques pour identifier les scénarios à automatiser
  • Concevoir et maintenir les scripts : fonctionnel, migration de données, API, bout en bout, performance
  • Intégrer les tests aux pipelines CI/CD et en suivre l'exécution dans la durée

Mettre l'IA au service du testing

  • Générer cas et jeux de données de test, accélérer scripts et analyse des campagnes grâce aux outils d'IA en place
  • Évaluer de nouvelles solutions et contribuer à installer des pratiques d'AI-Augmented Testing

Faire progresser la qualité

  • Contribuer aux revues d'exigences et à la stratégie de tests automatisés
  • Accompagner les équipes IT et métier sur les bonnes pratiques et documenter les savoir-faire

Votre profil Ce qui est indispensable

  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en automatisation de tests, sur un SI complexe et multi-technologies
  • Un Bac+3 ou Bac+5 en informatique, ou une formation équivalente
  • La maîtrise de plusieurs outils parmi Playwright, Cucumber/Gherkin, SonarQube, Postman, Appium et Gatling
  • Une bonne connaissance des méthodologies de test (ISTQB, TMap), de l'agilité et de DevSecOps
  • La pratique de l'IA générative (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude), avec un regard critique sur la fiabilité et la confidentialité des contenus
