The posting

We are looking for a Creative Executive who can turn a clear understanding of a brand and its audience into original ideas and compelling visual stories. You will help shape campaign concepts, develop creative briefs, and work closely with design and video teams to bring approved ideas to life across relevant channels. This role combines creative thinking with practical execution. From the first moodboard to the final asset, you will help keep the work purposeful, visually consistent, and on schedule. You should be comfortable presenting ideas, refining work through feedback, and using AI image and video tools to explore and develop creative possibilities.

Key responsibilities:

Creative strategy and concept development:

  • Develop original campaign ideas that respond to the brief, reflect the brand identity, and connect with the intended audience.
  • Research audience preferences, competitor activity, and relevant cultural, design, and content trends to inform creative recommendations.
  • Contribute actively to brainstorming sessions and present concepts with a clear rationale, visual references, and a practical approach to execution.

Creative briefs and visual direction:

  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs covering the audience, central message, visual direction, required assets, and delivery timelines.
  • Build moodboards, reference decks, and storyboards that communicate the intended look, feel, and narrative of each concept.
  • Develop and maintain creative guidelines with the team, helping ensure a consistent brand expression across campaigns and formats.

Design and video production:

  • Work closely with designers, videographers, editors, and other creative contributors to develop approved concepts into finished assets.
  • Support pre-production through concept notes, storyboards, shot references, and production coordination; provide clear feedback during editing and post-production.
  • Review layouts, imagery, motion, pacing, and messaging to ensure that execution captures the approved idea and suits the intended platform.

AI supported creative development:

  • Use AI image and video generation tools to explore concepts, create visual references, and develop assets within the creative workflow.
  • Write and refine prompts, compare variations, and guide iterations to achieve the intended composition, visual style, and brand consistency.
  • Check generated outputs for visual errors, inconsistent details, and production suitability before sharing them for approval or use.

Collaboration and project delivery:

  • Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and production vendors to clarify requirements, communicate feedback, and keep deliverables aligned.
  • Manage multiple creative assignments by tracking priorities, milestones, dependencies, and approvals; flag delays early and propose workable solutions.
  • Keep briefs, references, feedback, and final files organized so that handovers are clear and the team can work efficiently.
  • Contribute to a constructive creative environment by sharing ideas openly, welcoming feedback, and helping colleagues resolve execution challenges.

Quality review and continuous improvement:

  • Review deliverables against the approved brief, brand guidelines, content accuracy, and required formats before final submission.
  • Track project progress and delivery outcomes, and prepare concise updates on completed work, outstanding actions, and risks.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Design, Media, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a creative agency or an in-house creative team.
  • A relevant portfolio showing original concepts, campaign development, and completed creative work, with your contribution clearly identified.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with design and video teams, including involvement in pre-production and post-production.
  • Practical experience with AI image and video generation tools, including prompt development, iteration, and output evaluation

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
