Sobre la oportunidad

Buscamos un/a Customer Success Specialist para sumarse a una startup tecnológica que ayuda a restaurantes a aumentar sus ventas mediante pedidos desde la mesa, tiendas online, programas de fidelización y kioscos de autoservicio, integrados con sus sistemas de punto de venta (POS).

Formarás parte de un equipo pequeño y en crecimiento, acompañando a los clientes desde la implementación de la plataforma hasta su uso cotidiano y la incorporación de nuevas soluciones.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar una cartera propia de restaurantes y acompañarlos durante toda su relación con la plataforma.
  • Coordinar el onboarding: configurar menús y mesas, acompañar la puesta en marcha y asegurar el procesamiento del primer pedido.
  • Capacitar a los clientes para que aprovechen las funcionalidades disponibles.
  • Resolver consultas, gestionar reclamos con empatía y dar seguimiento a las incidencias hasta su resolución.
  • Mantener contacto proactivo con los clientes para identificar necesidades y mejorar su experiencia.
  • Detectar oportunidades para incorporar productos adicionales que aporten valor a cada restaurante.
  • Mantener organizados los pendientes de cada cuenta y proponer mejoras en los procesos de atención.

Requisitos

  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en Customer Success, atención al cliente, soporte, call center o roles de atención en gastronomía y hotelería.
  • Español nativo y buenas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Capacidad para mantener la calma ante situaciones difíciles y gestionar reclamos con paciencia y criterio.
  • Organización, atención al detalle y capacidad para gestionar varias cuentas y tareas.
  • Proactividad, motivación y disposición para involucrarse en el día a día de una startup.
  • Interés por la industria gastronómica y por una colaboración a largo plazo.
  • Computadora propia y conexión a internet estable.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes, de 13:00 a 22:00, hora de España peninsular, con una hora de pausa.

Se valorará la experiencia en restaurantes y el conocimiento de sistemas POS como Glop, Revo o Ágora.

No se requiere inglés, una titulación específica ni conocimientos de programación.
