Would you like to experience life in Greece while building your international work experience? We are looking for Danish-speaking candidates to join a leading international customer experience company that works with well-known global brands.

Rather than recruiting for just one specific position, each candidate's profile will be reviewed individually to identify suitable opportunities based on their skills, experience and strengths.

The Role

  • Communicate with Danish-speaking customers via phone, email and/or chat
  • Help customers with questions, requests and everyday issues
  • Provide guidance on products, services or technical matters, depending on the assigned project
  • Deliver friendly, professional and reliable customer support
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a diverse, international team

You will receive role-specific training to prepare you for your position, even if you have no previous experience in the particular field.

  • Fluent Danish, both written and spoken
  • Good command of English
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Right to work in Greece
  • Comfortable using computers and online tools
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece
